Operation Mercy is an international humanitarian organization that was created with a vision to work along side the people of Central Asia in meeting their needs. Incorporated as an NGO in the USA in 1992, CADA began its work in Tajikistan early the following year. In 2006, after re-registration, CADA took on the name of Operation Mercy Tajikistan, after working in partnership with Operation Mercy International for many years. Operation Mercy has established itself as a pioneer in information technology, English Language training, emergency relief, and community development. The staff of Operation Mercy is made up of volunteers and paid employees from over 7 countries including Tajikistan.
